So... the votes are in. Barack Obama takes the democratic party nomination. Although I'm bummed that my girl Hillary couldn't make it happen, Obama promises change for our nation, and change is what we need. Can't wait to see who he chooses for a running mate, hopefully someone who shares his passion for reforming the US. Did someone say Al Gore?????? (God Bless Gore) It's time to get educated folks! This is going to be a tight race. A lot of people out there aren't ready for the kind of change that Barack has promised, and McCain is a safe ( a scary) transition for many, he's practically W's twin.... So, what to do, what to do...?! VOTE! Talk to your friends. Get them to vote. Do your reading, do your research. DONATE! Pocket change can help make the change.
There's a lot of work to be done before November folks! This is our future! It may even be the most important election of our time, so quit sittin on the couch and bitchin about gas prices. Get out there, let's help back Barack!
